Strata 3 Velo Revolution Cycling Club under the guidance of Aidan Crowley launched the team in one of the most iconic towns in the country when it comes to tourism. Killarney was the venue and Aidan has brought on board Launch Weekend last weekend ‘The Killarney Park’ 5* Luxury Hotel in Killarney. They have joined as a sponsor for the 2018 season along with 010.ie whom one can deal with for everything Coffee from coffee beans to being a distributor of premium coffee machines based out of Trim, Co-Meath. Nutramino Nutrition and Deena Energy Services have added their names to the list of sponsors.
Strata3.com are the teams main sponsors and are one of Ireland’s leading Digital agencies based in Dublin. Strata3.com have been the teams main sponsors for four years now and our great supporters of the team along with VeloRevolution Custom Clothing who supply the kit and An Rothar Bike Centre in Midleton whom are the teams bike and equipment partners with the team riding Giant Bikes from the shop for the season.
As with any team, our sponsors are so important to us, hence our results and professional approach to promote and represent their brands are important to them. Even in our amateur status, we try and be as professional as possible. Our team members are former national champions, team winners of the County Prize in the RAS Tailteann, former stage winners of The Kerry Group Ras Mumhan, Tour of Ulster and Suir Valleys in addition to Classic League races and normal Sunday events around the country.

Chatting with the Aidan Crowley at the launch in plush surroundings of the Killarney Park 5 star hotel, “I’m happy with the team members. All I ask of them is to give the team 100% commitment. I know the results will fall into place. Maybe they will not come in the first couple of weeks, but I’ll be patient. The signs and the vibes from the team members are very positive. I would dearly love to win the Kerry Group Ras Mumhan which will be held at Easter. Then a couple of stages in the Ras Tailtean. I know that the quality is within the team. But next Saturday we can the ball rolling with a win in the Dublin Wheelers promotion in Summerhill, Co. Meath, so you can give me shout on a further update,” said Aidan.
Members of the team go into action this coming weekend. It would be no surprise if they start with a win in the Dublin Wheelers promotion that will be held in Summerhiil, Co. Meath on Saturday. It would be hard to ignore the credentials of Philip Lavery getting a win. Last year he finished second and I have a feeling that he’ll be the one to watch.
I have a feeling that we’ll hear a lot from the Strata 3 Velo Revolution Cycling Club this season.
